Self-image influences how people see themselves – and how they act. However, it is often unconscious beliefs that shape our self-esteem and our decisions. This is exactly where LiLea's self-assessment board comes in: It makes personal perceptions, strengths, and doubts visible, creative, and interactive.

The high-quality wooden board measures 35 x 23 cm and features eight finely engraved symbols. Each symbol – without being named – represents a possible area of life such as self-worth, relationships, security, or personal strength. Below each symbol are five milled-out sections into which the total of 40 maple wood game coins can be placed.

Clients interpret the meaning of the symbols themselves and assess how strongly a theme is currently present in their lives by placing the coins. This method of self-assessment through haptics and visualization creates new access to inner processes – be it in coaching, psychological counseling, or therapeutic self-discovery.

The flexible assessment framework is particularly effective: whether on a scale of 1–5 (e.g., 1 = little, 5 = very pronounced) or with individual meanings – the tool can be effortlessly adapted to the target group and setting.
